How to Eat: Cut into it as per normal. Eat the white flesh, beware the black seeds!
Taste: It is absolutely delicious. A sweet, white soft flesh. Just try it. Some compare it to ice cream or sherbet (especially if eaten cold).
How to know it’s ripe: Should be slightly soft, like an avocado.
